Hotel information
Website & booking terms
The terms that frame use of the site and a direct reservation.
About this site
This website is a commercial design demonstration for a fictional hotel. Content, inventory, prices, addresses and availability are illustrative and do not constitute an offer for a real stay. A production version would identify the legal hotel operator, registration details and applicable licensing.
Reservation contract
For an operating hotel, a reservation becomes binding when the guest receives a confirmation reference following successful acceptance of any required payment. The confirmation, selected rate plan, price breakdown and policies together form the reservation terms.
Guest responsibilities
Guests must provide accurate booking information, respect maximum occupancy, follow reasonable house and safety rules, and notify the property of errors promptly. A lead guest must have legal capacity to book and be responsible for accompanying minors.
Availability and errors
The system is designed to verify physical-room inventory before confirmation. If an obvious pricing, content or technical error nevertheless occurs, the operator may contact the guest promptly to offer correction, an alternative or a full refund of amounts collected.
