Cancellation policy

Your booked rate governs

The cancellation and payment terms shown beside a rate plan during booking form part of your reservation. They are repeated before payment and in your confirmation. If these general terms and the confirmed rate-plan terms differ, the confirmed terms apply.

Flexible reservations

Unless your confirmation says otherwise, our Best Flexible and Direct Booking rates may be cancelled without charge until 15:00 local hotel time seven days before arrival.

• Later cancellations may be charged the confirmed deposit or the first night, as stated at booking.
• A date change is subject to availability and the price applicable to the new dates.
• A shortened stay requested after the free-cancellation deadline may be charged as originally reserved.

Non-refundable reservations

Advance Purchase and other explicitly non-refundable reservations are charged as described at booking and cannot normally be refunded, including for no-show or early departure. We will still try to help with a date amendment when circumstances and availability allow, but this is not guaranteed.

Travel disruption

We strongly recommend suitable travel insurance. If extraordinary transport disruption affects your arrival, contact us promptly with supporting information. Any exception remains discretionary and does not alter the published terms for other bookings.
