Standard times
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Because Kydonia House is an intimate property rather than a continuously staffed resort, sharing your arrival estimate helps us meet you personally and prepare access smoothly.
Early and late arrangements
- Luggage storage is available for arriving and departing guests by prior arrangement.
- Early room access depends on the previous night’s occupancy and cannot be guaranteed without booking the preceding night.
- Late check-out may be offered for a fee when departure-day occupancy allows.
- Arrivals after 22:00 receive specific access instructions and should be confirmed in advance.
Old Town access
Vehicle access in historic Chania is restricted and changes with local rules and pedestrian hours. Drivers stop at the nearest suitable point; our team can meet guests there and assist with luggage. Exact instructions are sent before arrival.
