Kydonia House is a fictional demonstration property created for Salem Experience Design. Do not submit real payment-card details or sensitive personal information in this demonstration. A live hotel adaptation would identify its operating company and data controller here.
Information processed
The system may process contact details, stay dates, guest names, country, arrival information, preferences, dietary notes, booking requests, consent choices and technical records needed for security.
- Reservation data is used to provide and administer the requested stay.
- Optional preferences are used to prepare relevant guest service.
- Marketing is sent only where a lawful basis and the required consent exist.
- Raw payment-card data is never stored by the hotel application.
Sharing and retention
A live service may share the minimum required information with payment providers, transport or experience partners selected by the guest, infrastructure vendors and authorities where legally required. Retention periods should follow Greek and EU legal obligations and the operational need for each record.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, guests may request access, correction, restriction, deletion, portability or objection. Consent may be withdrawn for future marketing at any time. A production operator would provide its privacy contact and supervisory-authority details here.
