When payment is taken

Payment timing follows the selected rate plan. Flexible rates may require a deposit, while Advance Purchase normally requires full payment. The exact deposit, amount due now and remaining balance are shown before confirmation.

Secure handling

A live Kydonia House deployment would use a certified payment provider such as Stripe. Card details would be entered directly into the provider’s secure components and would not pass through or be stored in the hotel database. This demonstration does not perform a live card transaction.

Currency, tax and balance

• All displayed prices are in euro unless clearly stated otherwise.
• Taxes and statutory charges are itemised in the booking price breakdown.
• Any remaining balance is due according to the confirmation and may be paid through a secure guest-portal link or at the property.
• Refund timing depends on the booked terms and the original payment method.

Payment failures

A failed or interrupted payment does not create a confirmed reservation unless a confirmation reference is issued. Guests can retry safely or contact the hotel; duplicate successful payments are investigated and corrected promptly.
