Welcoming families thoughtfully

Children are welcome. Because room layouts, historic stairs and maximum occupancy differ, please include every child and their age during search so we can offer a suitable room rather than improvise after arrival.

Sleeping arrangements

• Cots are available for infants on request and subject to room layout.
• Junior Suites, Kydonia Suites and Residences provide the most practical family configurations.
• Extra beds are not added beyond the published occupancy of a room.
• Children must be supervised in stairways, on terraces and throughout shared areas.

Meals and local planning

We can adapt breakfast portions and help with simple dietary needs when told in advance. Our concierge recommendations distinguish between genuinely family-friendly activities and experiences whose duration, heat or terrain may be unsuitable for younger guests.
