Good stays begin before the key reaches your hand.
Ask what a room feels like at noon, whether a late landing is workable or where to swim when the wind turns west. The same small team who reads your note will help shape the stay and welcome you at the lane.

The last few metres are part of the welcome.
Old Town lanes reward a little preparation. We confirm the best vehicle stop, walking route and luggage plan before you set out.
From Chania Airport
CHQ is roughly 14 km away. A private transfer normally takes 25–35 minutes; we monitor the flight and meet you at the closest Old Town vehicle point. Demonstration rate: €55 per vehicle.

The historic centre has pedestrian and restricted-access lanes. Do not follow a navigation app to the door. Use the pre-arrival route we send and call as you approach so we can assist with luggage.
Final approach on footParking
There is no private parking within the house. Public and paid facilities sit around the edge of the Old Town, generally 6–12 minutes away on foot. We share the best option for your arrival direction and current access rules.
