A guest chooses a house. An island team gets ready.
Follow a private stay from the first view of a villa to the handover that makes arrival feel effortless. Behind the quiet guest experience, every property has an owner, a calendar and a local team with work to do.
SALEM OS / THALASSA / 01—0601 / FROM IDEA TO ARRIVAL
One booking. A house already in motion.
The guest discovers a place, reserves real dates and receives a private stay. The same reservation becomes the team's operating brief.

THE GUEST CHOOSES
The right island. The right house.
Twenty-four individual villas are arranged by island, size and character. A property dossier opens with the real house and its stay terms. Availability comes from the same reservation book the team uses.
A fictional direct reservation prices the exact nights and creates a stay, payment position and arrival work. Overlapping dates are refused before the house is promised twice.
The private view holds the villa, arrival notes, payment position and requests. A chef or transfer request stays attached to the reservation, so the island team can act without a second brief.
The guest sees a private home. The team sees everything it takes to make it ready.

02 / THE OPERATION BEHIND IT
Across the islands, readiness becomes visible.
A distributed collection has no single corridor to walk. Calendar, house condition and owner context keep each property accountable from a distance.

THE CALENDAR HOLDS THE COLLECTION
Twenty-four homes. One trustworthy calendar.
The property calendar shows physical-house allocation across all three islands. Arrival and departure dates, holds and open nights can be read together before the next stay is committed.
Mykonos, Paros and Antiparos each have a visible operating day. Cleaning, pool checks and technical work must clear before inspection releases a property for the next guest.
Each house carries its owner, stays, condition and work history. Expenses and statements connect the commercial return to the care that keeps the property in shape.
A hotel manages rooms in one building. Thalassa manages homes spread across three islands, each with its own owner, condition and changing guest calendar. That difference shapes the system.
