ONE BOOKING. ONE ALLOCATION. A LIVE OPERATING DAY.
A calm arrival. A live operation.
Follow a private transfer from the initial route to assignment, active movement and completion. Every journey needs a driver, suitable vehicle and dispatch desk that can respond as the day changes.

A reservation becomes a live journey.
A route, flight and guest requirements arrive together. The private view keeps the handover clear while dispatch prepares the resource.

THE SERVICE IS CHOSEN
The route sets the standard.
Airport arrivals, city journeys, hourly chauffeur work and intercity travel have different timing and capacity needs. The public experience begins with the service, not a generic vehicle catalogue.
A fictional booking captures pickup, destination, flight, passengers, luggage and vehicle class. It creates a journey awaiting allocation, with payment and guest context attached.
The private journey page shows route, time, status and payment position. Once a driver and vehicle are assigned, those details are shared in this same view.
The vehicle is visible. The decisions behind it make the journey dependable.

02 / THE OPERATION BEHIND IT
Dispatch protects every promise in motion.
The desk reads the day in real time: journeys, resource assignments, shifts and exceptions are decisions measured in minutes.

THE DESK MOVES THE DAY
Active, upcoming and completed—at once.
Dispatch sees every journey in its current state, with drivers, vehicles, flight context and exceptions. Assignment is checked against shifts, seating, workshop blocks and turnaround conflicts.
A live allocation schedule shows driver shifts, journey blocks and positioning time. Dispatch can see when an apparently free vehicle or chauffeur is already committed to the next handover.
Drivers have shifts; vehicles need maintenance; selected partners take overflow. Fleet availability and unresolved exceptions remain visible before dispatch commits a resource.
A transfer business cannot wait for a report at the end of the day. Helios is built as a dispatch environment because its commitments change as people, vehicles and flights move.
