SALEM OS / ASTERIA / 01—0601 / FROM IDEA TO ARRIVAL
A route becomes one private journey.
An inspiration becomes a brief, then a day-by-day plan the traveller can follow. Every service belongs to that journey.

THE ROUTE TAKES SHAPE
A journey is more than a list of destinations.
An inspiration shows a possible daily rhythm, not a fixed package: a city beginning, a crossing, local people and open time for the journey to feel personal.
A fictional enquiry records destinations, party, dates and interests. It creates a proposal, coordinator, design request and indicative estimate in the same journey record.
The traveller sees the route, coordinator, documents, payment position and requests together. A dietary note or changed arrival follows the journey rather than living in a stray message.
The traveller remembers the places. The coordinator remembers every connection.

02 / THE OPERATION BEHIND IT
Every promise needs a confirmation.
The coordinator sees the services, suppliers and timing behind the itinerary—then carries the full picture into today's operations.

THE JOURNEY BECOMES THE RECORD
Every handover belongs to one journey.
The journey book holds each route, client, coordinator, status and confirmation position together. From there, the team opens the itinerary and every service that makes it real.
Hotels, ferries, transfers, guides, restaurants and yachts sit inside the itinerary. Confirmation references, costs and unanswered requests remain visible until the plan is secure.
Arrivals, crossings, experiences and departures appear against the date, beside late supplier replies and guest requirements. A changed service time stays connected to the next handover.
A destination manager coordinates promises made by many independent people across several places and days. Asteria is built around the journey so the operation can see gaps before the guest feels them.
